We are a licenced vehicle recovery/towing service.
Our preference is to winch vehicles out so that the extraction can be done in a slow controlled way with minimal force.
When appropriate we will also use an elongation strap (Snatch strap)
There are often people that will offer to help you when you get stuck.
Make sure that they know what they are doing especially if you are driving an AWD (All Wheel Drive) type vehicle or vehicles with automatic transmissions. These can be badly damaged if not recovered correctly.
